Ray started his career working directly for Sloan, a leading manufacturer that we still represent today. Yost Associates was founded in 1936 and quickly ingrained itself in the plumbing community, supporting mechanical contractors, wholesalers, engineers and building owners alike. Ray hired Jim Lacey in 1971 and sold him the business two years later. In 2003, the business was sold to its present owners, JP Lacey and Russ Smith.

In the years since, the team has grown to include many who are still with us today.

From the small rented office where we began, to the 12,000 sf family owned complex we're proud to call home today, the growth of Yost Associates is a testament to the quality of our services and to the hard work and dedication of our staff.
